We were so sorry to hear of Rex's passing, Barb. Through the years I have often thought of your family and what good neighbors you were. One of our many joys of life was being able to get to Holstein and see friends that I had not seen in half a lifetime.

I remember Rex and Barb coming to my mom and dad's house when I was a young girl. My parents were John and Charlene Carlsen and we lived on 2nd Street. It's been so many years, I'm not sure what the connection was....perhaps it was from my cousins, the Martin boys? Whatever it was....I never forgot Rex and Barb. I also went to school with Rex's sister Sharon. I am sad to see that Rex has passed and I send my sympathies to all his family.
