Leanne K. Hammer, age 69, of Holstein passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at the Sanford USD Medical Center and Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 10:30 A.M. at the United Methodist Church of Holstein with the Pastor Kristin D. Boysen officiating. Burial will be at the Holstein Cemetery of Holstein. A visitation will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026 from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Nicklas D. Jensen Funeral Home of Holstein.
