Vicki L. Manker, age 80, of Moville, passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Sunrise Retirement Community of Sioux City. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Nicklas D. Jensen Funeral Home of Moville with Rev. Jill Clem officiating. Burial will be held at the Arlington Cemetery of Moville. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the Nicklas D. Jensen Funeral Home of Moville.
